B2B inquiry terms
Hyperwave FPV is operated for B2B inquiries by 电目科技有限公司, located in Wenchang, Hainan Province, China. These terms define the boundary between product discovery, technical review, quotation, and an accepted bulk order.
Business inquiries only
This channel is intended for distributors, wholesalers, repair businesses, private-label buyers, and civilian UAV assemblers. It is not currently a retail checkout for consumers or single-unit purchases.
No automatic sale
Submitting an RFQ, receiving an acknowledgment, or viewing a catalog page is not a binding offer or acceptance. A transaction exists only after the exact products, revisions, quantities, price, payment, delivery, and other commercial terms are agreed in writing.
Specification scope
Public specifications are limited to values checked against the supplied catalog. Availability, current revision, test conditions, MOQ, lead time, packing, warranty, customization, and model-specific compliance documents must be reconfirmed in the quotation.
Compatibility and validation
A component or BOM review can identify questions and obvious specification conflicts, but it is not a guarantee of compatibility. The buyer remains responsible for sample evaluation and final-system validation before approving a bulk order.
Permitted use
The service supports lawful civilian applications only. Inquiries involving weaponization, combat, munitions, harmful payload delivery, or counter-drone systems are excluded. Ambiguous regulated or dual-use requests may be placed on hold for human review.
Trade and destination review
Availability can depend on product classification, destination, end user, end use, transport restrictions, and applicable import or export controls. A submitted inquiry may be declined or paused while these facts are reviewed.
Contracting entity and governing terms
The final written quotation, order confirmation, or sales contract will identify the contracting seller and payment recipient and will state the applicable law and dispute resolution terms. If those documents conflict with this website summary, the signed or accepted transaction documents control.
